INGREDIENTS : Carrots : 500 gms/17.64 ounces Milk : 3 cups Condensed milk : 1/2 tin(200 gms)/ 7.05 ounces Cashewnuts : 2 Tablespoons Raisins : 2 Tablespoons Sugar : 1-2 Tablespoons (to taste) METHOD : 1. Grate carrots. Add to milk and bring to a boil. 2. Then add the condensed milk and sugar. Cook on slow fire, till carrots are cooked. 3. Garnish with raisins and nuts. (Optional - You may put 1/2 tsp ghee on top and cook for 5-10 minutes more)
