Ingredients 250 gms/ 8.82 oz cream (Light/fresh/ whipped) 250 gms/ 8.82 oz chocolate 2 Tbsp golden syrup/ corn syrup 1 tbsp Rum 1 tsp vanilla essence Method 1) Chop the chocolate into small pieces & melt it along with the golden syrup in a heavy saucepan. Add the rum. Remove from heat & cool slightly. 2) Whip the cream & blend into the chocolate. Mix well. Add the essence. 3) Put in individual bowls & keep to refrigerate for 5-6 hours. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream. Sprinkle some Drinking chocolate powder on top.
