INGREDIENTS : All purpose Flour (Maida) : 3 /4 th Cup Granulated Sugar : 1 /2 Cup Baking powder : 1 teaspoon Cinnamon : 1 teaspoon Salt : 1/4th teaspoon Milk : 1/2 Cup Coarsely chopped peeled apples : 1 1/2 Cups Caramel Sauce : Packed Brown Sugar : 3/4 th Cup Butter or Margarine : 1 /4 th Cup Boiling Water : 3/4 th Cup METHOD : 1. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients excluding the sauce ingredients. 2. Pour into greased baking tin. 3. Mix sauce ingredients together until sugar and butter are melted. 4. Pour the sauce over the pudding mixture. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 190oC/ 375 o F.
Serve warm topped with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
