BAKED CHRISTMAS PUDDING

Ingredients
50 gms Flour
80 gms Sugar
1 Egg
70 gms Butter
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp caramel colour
3 Tbsps of mixed Dried Fruit, orange rind, tooty- Frutty
1/2 tsp of mixed spice (cloves, nutmeg, Cinnamon, pepper)
4 Tsp orange Juice
2 tsp milk

Method
1) Sieve the Flour with Baking Powder. Cream the butter with sugar, add in the eggs & beat well.
2) Then add the dried fruits & spice. Add the milk, Juice & then add the Flour & colour. Mix well.
3) Pour in a tin. Seal with foil or cover. Bake in oven for 20-25 mins at 150 O C, or boil in double boiler for 45 mins. Serve hot or cold with custard.
