STRAWBERRY CHIFFON PUDDING

Ingredients
1 pac strawberry jelly (90 gms)
1 Lemon
3 Bananas
250 gms / 8.8 oz cream
6 Tbsps sugar
2 eggs (yolks seperated from the whites)

Method
1) Mash the bananas & put the lemon juice & half the sugar. Mix & keep aside.
2) Make the jelly as directed (but don't let it set) . Beat egg yolks till fluffy & gradually beat the yolks to the jelly.
3) Then add in the bananas. Stiff the egg whites. Beat the sugar & the cream & lightly fold into the jelly. Lastly, fold in the egg whites. Mix well.
4) Keep in fridge to set.

Note: If you do not prefer eating raw eggs , you may skip it.
