Ingredients 4 eggs 1/4 cup milk 125 gms melted chocolate slab 250 gms cream 1 cup sugar 2 Tbsps gelatin 2 Tsps brandy or vanilla essence Method 1) Seperate egg white & yolk. Cook egg yolk & milk over a double boiler, till thick. Keep stirring continuously or the milk will curdle. 2) Add 1/4 cup water to the gelatine & dissolve. Melt the chocolate. Add to it the milk mixture & gelatine. 3) Beat the cream well & beat into the mixture over pieces of ice. 4) Lastly beat the egg whites till stiff & fold into it. Add the brandy or essence. Refrigerate till set.
