MILKY WAY MALT

Ingredients :
500 ml vanilla ice-cream
1 lt whole milk
100 gm dried apricots
50 gm chocolate flakes
100 ml caramel sauce
Chocolate syrup to coat glass
Few chocolate chips

Method :
Blend the first 5 ingredients with ice.  Coat the inside of a tall glass with chocolate syrup.  Pour the blended drink into the glass.  Sprinkle chocolate chips as garnish.

 
ICED KAHWA

Ingredients :
1 lt brewed Assam Tea
15 gm star anise
15 gm mace
5 long cinnamon sticks
50 gm almonds, skinned
3 pinches saffron
Ice

Method:
Roast and grind spices.  Brew tea.  Add spices.  Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to infuse.  Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour over the spiced infusion through a strainer.  Garnish with star anise, cinnamon stick and mace.
 
STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE

Ingredients :
1 lt low-fat milk
20 strawberries
3 ripe bananas
50 gm sultanas
50 gm raisins
50 gm chocolate powder
3 tbsp vanilla essence
75 gm white sugar

Method :
Blend all ingredients with ice to a smooth consistency.  Pour into a tall glass and serve.
