BANANA PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE (Serves 6) Ingredients : 1 lt. pineapple juice 6 bananas ˝ pineapple, cut into 2-inch chunks ˝ muskmelon, cut into 2-inch chunks 100 ml honey Ice Method : Blend all ingredients with ice to a smooth consistency. Pour into a tall glass and serve. KHAJURAHO (Serves 6) Ingredients : 6 bananas 100 gm almonds, de-skinned 100 gm cashewnuts 100 gm pistachio, de-skinned 250 gm black dates, seedless and Chopped ice 500 ml heavy cream Method : Blend all the ingredients with ice till it becomes slushy. Garnish with chopped dates. HARIRA (Serves 6) Ingredients: 50 gm pistachios, soaked over-night 50 gm cashewnuts, soaked over-night 50 gm almonds, soaked over-night 100 ml ghee 1 lt. milk 100 gm sugar Method: De-skin dry fruits. Grind all dry-fruits to a paste. Lightly sauté paste with ghee in a thick bottomed pan, till the ghee is absorbed. Add milk and sugar. Bring to a boil while stirring continuously. Take off fire.
