INGREDIENTS : For Tart Strawberry stew Tiger Glucose Biscuits : 1 1/2 packets Butter : 50 Gms/ 1.76 ounces (apprx) Fresh Cream : Few Dollops Pie Mould For Strawberry Tart Strawberry : 150 Gms/ 5.29 ounces Sugar : 3 1/2 tablespoons Water : 1/2 cup METHOD : 1. Grind the biscuits in a mixer. Mix with adequate amount of butter well, till it becomes moist. Press the mixture on a pie mould. Keep to refrigerate till firm. 2. Make the Stew. Wash the Strawberries well and remove their caps. Put in 1/2 cup water and add sugar. Keep to boil and cover lid. 3. When Strawberries look like they are melting, keep the lid open and let the water evaporate. Keep little water in the stew , so as to have enough to put on pie base. 4. Remove the pie base from the refrigerator. Put the stew on it. Refrigerate for some time. Enjoy.
