BAKED CHOCOLATE FUDGE PUDDING

Ingredients
2 tbsps Shortening or Margarine
1 cup flour
1 1/2 Tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup brown Sugar
1/4 cup Cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup boiling water

Method
1) Cream together shortening/Margarine & Sugar.
2) Sieve together Flour, baking powder & salt. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternatively with half cup of milk.
3) Fold in half cup of chopped nuts. Put batter into ungreased 9 inch baking pan.
4) Mix together brown sugar, cocoa & salt. Sprinkle over top of batter. Do not stir. Pour 1 1/2 cups boiling water over all. Bake at 350 o F/ 180 o C for 40-45 mins. Beat served warm with whipped cream or Ice cream.
