Ingredients 1 1/2 tbsps Cocoa 2 cups Milk 1/2 tsp Vanilla/ Chocolate essence 1/2 cup Tuttifrutti 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup Cream 1 1/2 Tbsps Gelatin 6 tbsps Sugar 2 tsps Brandy (optional) Method 1) Take cocoa & sugar. Mix it with some milk. 2) Remaining milk boil. Then add sugar & cocoa & mix well. 3) Add the Tuttifrutti & raisins. Boil for 5 mins. Remove the mixture from the gas & let it cool. 4) Dissolve the gelatine in 1/4 cup warm water till it dissolves. ( Alternatively, sprinkle gelatine over water. Let it stand for 5 mins. Microwave for a minute. Stir well). Put 2 tsps brandy in cream & keep aside. 5) When the milk is cold, keep the vessel on ice. Add the gelatin and essence and mix with a large spoon. Mix in the cream and go on blending till thick and almost set.(If you don't keep on stirring the dry fruits will settle down at the bottom and not mix well in the pudding) Keep to set in the fridge.
