ORANGE DREAMS

Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
Zest and juice of 1 orange
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 (10 oz.) can Mandarin orange sections, well drained
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease cookie sheets.
Cream together butter, sugar, orange zest and juice and vanilla. Stir in eggs and orange sections. Fold in flour.
Roll into 2-inch balls, place 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheet and press with floured fork.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are darkened.
Makes 14 large cookies
