STRAWBERRY PANACOTTA


Preparation Time : 5 Hours
Serves 8

Ingredients
500 gm fresh cream
75 gm caster sugar
20 gm gelatin
100 ml water
150 gm whipped cream
200 gm strawberry puree

Method
Dissolve gelatin in water.  Boil fresh cream and sugar in a water bath.  Add gelatin.  Cool fresh cream in ice bath.  Add strawberry puree.  Cool.  Fold in whipped cream.  Pour mixture in a heart-shaped (or any) mould.  Set in the refrigerator for 5 hours.
