Ingredients 1/4th cup Rawa/ Semolina (slightly stirfried on low gas flame) 3/4th cup milk 1/2 cup Mango pulp 6 Tbsps Sugar ( depending on the sweetness of mangoes) 1 1/2 tbsps ghee Raisins, Chopped nuts & cardamom powder. Method 1) Mix the rawa with the ghee & keep for a minute in the microwave. 2) Add 3/4th cup milk, sugar & the pulp to it. At this stage you may add a few raisins, chopped nuts & cardamom powder. Microwave for Five and a half minutes. 3) Serve in a plate with fresh mango pulp. Note: Keep the microwave on cooking mode. The recipe may add or less 30 seconds depending on the microwave. Variations: I had also tried with 1/2 ripe banana, mashed with a fork & added it, instead of mango. It tasted pretty good too!!
