Baked Cheese cakes or Non Baked ones look plain while serving. To make them look a little Fancy n Sophisticated, you can make a Glaze on it  & decorate it with cherries or other  fruits n nuts.

For glaze
1/4 cup Jam of your choice
1 1/2 tsps Gelatine
1 Tbsp water

Method
1) Mix the gelatine with the water. On a low flame melt it with the jam in a heavy bottomed container. Remove off the fire .
2) Let it cool a little but dont let it set. Spread it over the cheesecake. chill.  Decorate with other fruits.

Alternative Glaze

Ingredients
2 tbsps jelly (flavour of your choice)
1/2 cup water

Method
1) In a saucepan, bring the jelly & water to a boil. Let it cool a little but don't let it set.
2) Put it over the cheesecake. Cool. Decorate with fruits n nuts.
