MANGO JAM



Ingredients
15 Musaraat mangoes
1 kg/ 35 oz sugar
1 tbsp cardamom powder

Method
1) Remove the pulp of the mangoes. In case there are any threads puree them in the mixer.
2) Cook the pulp in a heavy bottomed saucepan on medium-high flame for about 30 mins. Keep stirring frequently.
3) Add the sugar & cook for another 30 mins. Stir continuously or else the pulp will stick to the bottom of the saucepan. Add  the cardamom powder. Mix well.
Store in the refrigerator.
