Ingredients Big cucumber (Tausali) grated 2 cups - including liquid 1 cup grated jaggery 1 tsp salt 1 cup Semolina (Rawa) 3/4th cup grated coconut (optional) 1 Tbsp Ghee/ clarified Butter 2 Tbsps chopped cashew nuts Method 1) Fry the semolina/rawa with the ghee/clarified butter on low flame till it gives a good aroma. 2) Mix all the ingredients in a heavy bottomed saucepan. Cook on medium flame till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan & the water has disappeared. 3) Put it in a greased oven proof vessel & bake at 180 o C/ 350 oF for 15-20 mins or till a knife inserted comes out clean.
