Ingredients 1 1/4th cup fresh cream 3/4th cup orange juice 1/2 cup castor sugar 1 tbsp gelatine 8-10 Marie biscuits 2-4 tbsps butter melted Method 1) Crush the biscuits to a powder in a mixie. Mix it with the melted butter till slightly moist & press at the bottom of a cheesecake container. (6 ") Keep to chill in refrigerator. 2) Sprinkle the gelatine over the orange juice. In a heavy bottomed saucepan, add sugar & bring to a simmer over medium heat. Stir contantly. Remove off the heat. 3) Add a few drops of orange colour. Cool. 4) Beat the fresh cream with a hand mixer till just blended. Add the orange mix to it & mix well. Pour over the biscuit base. Chill till set.
Variation
Orange cheese Cake Add 6 tbsps Cream Cheese spread/ whipped cream cheese to the fresh cream & blend a little.
