Ingredients 3/4th cup flour 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/2 tsp cinnamon 3/4th cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/4th cup plus 2 tbsps cold butter (90 gms/3 oz) 2 cups blueberry pie filling vanilla ice cream
Method 1) Take the pie filling. Put it in a greased oven proof container. 2) Pulse the oats, cinnamon, brown sugar and flour in a food processor till the oats are ground into slightly smaller pieces. Make cubes of the cold butter. Mix it with your finger tips till it looks like fine bread crumbs. Put it on top of the prepared fruit. Bake in a preheated oven at 350o F/ 180 o C for 30-40 mins till top is slightly browned. 3) Cool. Serve with vanilla Ice cream. Note: In case you are using fresh blueberries take 4 cups of blueberries. Cook it with 3 tbsps sugar and 1 tbsp cornflour, on medium heat till thickened. Add 1/2 tsp lemon juice & put it a greased oven proof container and proceed as above.
