INGREDIENTS : Margarine - 100 gms / 3.5 oz Maida - 110 gms /3.88 oz Sugar - 80 gms / 2.82 oz Baking powder - 1/8th tsp Icecream Essence - 1/4 th tsp Cornflakes crushed- 1/2 cup METHOD : 1. Sieve maida and baking powder 2. Beat margarine and sugar till light and fluffy. 3. Add maida and essence and make into small dough. Add crushed cornflakes. 4. Make into small cookies shapes and bake at 190 degree centigrade/ 375 o F for 25-30 minutes or till done.
