INGREDIENTS : Nachni (Ragi ) - 100 gms / 3.5 oz Soyabean powder - 50 gms /1.76 oz Atta - 50 gms / 1.76 oz Baking powder - 1/2 tsp Baking soda - 1/4 tsp Margarine / butter - 120 gms /4.2 oz Castor Sugar - 100 gms / 3.5 oz Vanilla essence - 1 tsp Milk - 2-3 tbsps METHOD : 1. Sieve the flours with the baking powder and soda. 2. Beat sugar and butter well with hand. 3. Mix in the flours and essence. Make a soft dough. 4. Roll out and cut with a cookie cutter, the shapes you want. 5. Bake at 190 degree C / 375 degree F for 20-25 minutes or till done.
