Ingredients
Pineapple juice : 3/4 th glass
Pineapple pieces for decoration
Fresh cream : 2 tbsps
Pineapple essence : 3/4 th tsp
Vanilla icecream : 2 tbsps
Coconut milk : 1/2 glass
Sugar syrup : as per taste Method
Mix above ingredients and blend in a mixie. Add sugar as per taste. Put a lemon slice on the glass. Decorate with pineapple pieces. Serve cold.
