INGREDIENTS : Pineapple juice : 3/4 th Glass
Pineapple pieces for decoration
Fresh Cream : 2 tbsps
Pineapple Essence : 3/4 th tsp
Vanilla Icecream : 2 tbsps
Coconut milk : 1/2 glass
Sugar syrup : as per taste METHOD :
Mix above ingredients and blend in a mixie. See the taste. Add Sugar. Put a lemon slice on the glass. Decorate with pineapple pieces. Serve cold.
