INGREDIENTS : ICING SUGAR : 50 gms BUTTER : 20 gms VANILLA : a few drops METHOD : Sieve icing sugar and keep aside. Cream butter. Gradually add icing sugar. Add vanilla. COCOA ICING Ingredients Icing sugar 85 gms Butter 45 gms Milk 2 tbsps Cocoa 30 gms Castor sugar 60 gms Vanilla ¼ tsp Method 1) Sift sugar and cocoa into a bowl. 2) Put fat, castor sugar and milk into a pan and warm over low flame. 3) Pour over icing sugar mixture and stir till it coats the back of the spoon. Cool. and use to do icing as desired.
