| Ingredients : Lemons - 2 Eggs seperated - 3 Sugar - 1/2 cup Gelatine - 2tsps Milkmaid/ Condensed milk - 1/2 tin Few Cherries for decoration Method : 1) squeeze the Lemons n grate the rind of one lemon finely. Place the Juice, Rind, egg yolks & Sugar in a dish over a pan of hot water & beat till creamy. 2)Soften Gelatine in 1/2 cup warm water & add it to the lemon mixture along with milkmaid and beat till creamy. 3)Beat the egg whites till stiff & fold in the mixture above. 5)Pour in the dish n allow to set in fridge.
