Ingredients Apples :500 gms/ 17.6 oz Milkmaid:1/2 tin/ 200 gms/ 7 oz Milk :1 cup Nutmeg powder: a pinch Eggs: 2 Sugar :1 tbsp water : 1/4 cup Method : 1)Chop and stew Apples in 1 tbsp sugar with 1/4 cup water, around 7/10 min. 2)Cool and blend stewed apples with milk, milkmaid, beaten eggs and nutmeg powder. 3)Pour into a greased dish and bake in a moderately hot oven 175o C / 340 o F till done (30/40 min) 4) Serve hot or cold
