Ingredients : - 1 pt strawberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup half and half or single cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups heavy cream
Method : 1)Hull the berries. Heat it with 1/2 cup sugar for 10/ 15 min till soft. stir occasionally on low flame. puree it in a blender. keep to cool in fridge. 2)put the single cream, eggs, remaining sugar and vanilla extract in a blender and blend on medium speed till sugar is dissolved and mixture is smooth. 3)slowly add the double cream n continue blending on low speed for 30 seconds. 4) Tranfer the mix to your freezer and freeze till half frozen. Then add the Strawberry puree to the mixture. mix well continue freezing till set. Njoy
