Ingredients Milk 3 cups Almonds 1 cup Sugar 3/4 th cup / To taste Water 1 - 2 cups Cardamom 6 pods Saffron a few strands Method 1) Soak almonds overnight in water. Remove the skin and grind along with cardamom and sugar. 2) Then add milk into the mixie , and blend along with the other ingredients. Add one or two cups of water as the thickness consistency desired. Garnish with Saffron strands. Serve chilled. Variations You may add a cup of your favourite flavoured/ unflavoured yogurt while blending in the mixie for an ALMOND YOGURT SHAKE. Or you may add half a Banana or any of your favourite fruit while blending in a mixie. Skip the saffron then.
