INGREDIENTS : Refined Flour : 250 gms Fresh Yeast : 20 gms Sugar : 40 gms Salt : 1/2 teaspoon Margarine : 30 gms Milk Powder : 2 teaspoons Egg : 1 Water : 70ml Colour : a few drops Beaten Egg : a little Vanilla : 1/4th teaspoon Lemon Essence : 1/4th teaspoon METHOD : 1. Sieve the flour with milk powder. Add a few drops of colour in the flour. Prepare a dough using all the above ingredients. 2. Ferment it for 30 minutes. Then punch the dough divide it into 7 to 8 portions. Make round balls and shape them. Keep it on a greased tray and apply beaten eggs on them. Let it stand for 10-15 minutes. 3. Bake at 220oC for 15-20 minutes.
